One site for a two-office therapy practice

Challenge

Navigate Wellness Group is a therapy practice with two offices. One is in Mequon. The other is in Port Washington.

The practice does a lot. There is one-on-one therapy, in person or online. There is a long list of specialties, like EMDR, family therapy and grief work. And there is a ketamine-assisted therapy program with several steps.

That is a lot to fit on one site. Someone looking for a therapist needs to find the right office and the right kind of help fast. The ketamine program needs extra room, because people have real questions before they call.

The practice also sells its own tools, like worksheets and a card deck. So the site needed a shop too.

Build

I built the site on WordPress. Here is what is on it.

• A page for each town. Mequon and Port Washington each have their own page with the office address and a phone number you can tap to call.
• A full section for ketamine-assisted therapy. The main page lays out the program in five steps, from the first call to the follow-up sessions. Separate pages cover the medical evaluation, the session itself, the follow-up work, and common questions.
• Specialties and who the practice serves. One page lists every type of therapy offered and the groups the practice works with, so people can see fast if it is a fit.
• A simple path for new clients. The main buttons point people to the team page to pick a therapist, or to the new client page to get in touch. The home page tells them the first consultation is free.
• An online shop. It runs on WooCommerce. Right now it sells a couples check-in tool, a weekly intention worksheet and a card deck. People can add them to a cart right on the site.
• A cost page. Cost of service has its own page in the menu.
