Web design in Grafton, WI

Hotel Grafton, on Wisconsin Avenue

Hotel Grafton is the three-story brick building at 1312 Wisconsin Avenue in downtown Grafton. It was finished in 1892. Today it holds twenty apartments, and no two are the same.

I built the website for Hotel Grafton Apartments. It has two jobs.

Show renters what’s open. The home page lists the floor plans that are opening up and the month each one is ready. An “Availability” link sits at the top and bottom of every page and jumps straight to that list. Each of the twenty apartments has its own page, with photos, square footage and the answers people ask for first, like parking, storage, utilities and pet rules.

Tell the building’s story. Grafton almost lost this building. The history page covers the years it fell into disrepair, the Village of Grafton buying it in 2008 when there was talk of tearing it down, and the renovation into apartments, with residents moving in in 2012.

What I can do for a business in Grafton

Most businesses have one thing customers ask about more than anything else. For an apartment building, it’s “what’s available, and when?” For you, it might be your hours, your menu or your prices.

I build websites that put that answer where nobody can miss it. Then I keep it current. With a care plan, you tell me what changed and I update the site, so your website doesn’t fall behind your business.

I also build online stores and iPhone apps, and I do local SEO work. Grafton is in Ozaukee County, part of my home base, so I can sit down with you in person.
